Intake & Analysis

Pre-Cleaning

Rice Mill Process

Starting from the selection of new crops harvested for less than 12 months, our process transforms paddy into high-quality white or brown rice suitable for premium consumption and food processing. We dehydrate the grain to a strict 13-15% moisture range before polishing begins.

STEP 01

Clean & Extract

Dry paddy is cleaned to remove impurities such as straw, seeds, dirt, dust, and stones from the husks before processing.

STEP 02

Dehusk

Removal of rice husks from the grain, transforming the paddy into brown rice while preserving the nutrient-rich germ.

STEP 03

Polish

Removal of the outer bran layer of brown rice, leaving only clean endosperm. The high-oil bran is collected for rice bran oil production.

STEP 04

Sieve & Grade

Separating kernels by size. Head rice is strictly measured at approximately 6/8 or more in length compared to whole complete kernels.
